Mitsubishi Electric FAQs

I connected my Mitsubishi Ecodan to Kapacity.io Cloud, but the platform shows "Unsupported Mode". What should I do?

Your heat pump is currently set to Heat Curve Mode. Kapacity.io is currently unable to control Mitsubishi heat pumps that are in Heat Curve Mode. You can switch the setting to thermostat-controlled mode, which will allow [Kapacity.io](http://kapacity.io/) to control your heat pump.

I have the MelCloud Home app. Can I connect my heat pump to Kapacity.io?

Kapacity.io does not yet support the MelCloud Home app at this stage due to manufacturer restrictions. We are working together with Mitsubishi Electric to enable this connection as soon as possible.
